could very well be a memory issue in the cutter - they do have a memory upgrade for the 721. You can also do this same thing by cutting one at a time and changing the origin to maximize your vinyl usage

You can set your contour cut to be right on the outer edge of the design so you won't have the border. Use jpss for light color shirts and 3G opaque for darks. Cotton and 50/50 shirts will work well for your purpose.

It can still be static, there is alot of static coming off those rolls of vinyl, dry house.etc. Some people also put a dryer sheet in the roll of vinyl or wipe their vinyl with it Wipe down the cutter with Static Guard or spray it around Run the same order that your trying to run, and take the blade holder out, or raise it enough to not cut, See what happens. See if it finishes the order then...

Im running 10.6.6... the only thing I can think of that is helpful is to use SignCut instead of Flexi. Or if not I've read that buying a keyspan helps.

If it stops at the same place every time, it's prob a memory issue

Is it stopping at around the same place everytime. If this file larger (or more detailed) than what you've cut in the past?

You using serial or usb connection?

That is correct. I have no way of converting newer CS5 files to CS2 or older, unless I purchase newer software, or get someone to do it for me.

yes, they are older files of Illustrator, newer files can be saved as older files, so they can be opened in older software. Another example, I cannot open Illustrator CS5 files in my CS2 Illustrator, the file would would have to be saved to at least a CS2 or older for me to open it. screen print of my Adobe CS2 saving as a version 8.

Do you mean feet or inches? A 8' rear window is pretty big? If it's a 5" decal I just fold some stiff folder material in half or tape it to a small piece of cardboard slightly bigger than the decal and put the decal inside with a stamp on the envelope. If its too big to fit in an envelope then like Scott said I use a tube or box...

I think the Chat room would be great. We can always go into the forum and let everyone know we're planning on going into the chat room at a specific time. Are you going to call it: Dome of Silence?
