Cutter help please!

Same post in general section - does anyone have any insight for me in particular for this Cutter?  PC-60.......just got communication to work via SignCutPro.

Keyspan serial to usb adapter


Will not finish cut......and cuts random straight lines all over graphic.....

The cut never completes, and is really random and thinks it is done......blade doesn't lift up (all the time) either (with my refine, this was a grounding issue) - I grounded the top main unit to the metal stand.....yet blade still cuts straight random lines when it moves.

Can anyone test a file for me?  This is the same file I have always used with no problems.........so not sure why the cut stops and thinks it is done, when it is incomplete it just looks crazy.
