Hello!  I am doing shirts for a bar.  I just really don't know what to quote yet because its my first time doing a larger amount of shirts.  I am starting off with 50 long sleeved orange shirt, with full back and small left front.  How much vinyal covers this?  If I purchased 15 x 10, how many full back and small left fronts would this cover?  I don't want to get too much vinyal and charge them too much.  I am competing with another company and i don't want to quote too high!!

I think i just need to go to bed and quit worrying about this.  I am so new at this, but after reading the forum, I am wondering if I need to have someone screen print these or try and do a heat transfer.  It is going to be like a harley looking t-shirt (shield with black and white colors) orange shirt showing threw for letters...would that be too much money for the vinyl?  I really want to get this gig!!  What is the best route to take?

As far as material goes figure up the design and see what kind of size your doing first.. I did something similar and If I remember I got 24 shirts out of a 10 yard roll with a little left over , one color. I'm not at home right now but the designs was pretty big on the back.

We could screen print these for you. We wholesale to the members here, and you could make more money on them by screen printing rather than vinyl for the many shirts being multi color.

Shoot me an email or phone call and I would be glad to help you out.
