I'm using Oracal 631 to create a ginormous logo for my daughter's dance studio.  It's the studio logo - and will be approximately 8' wide by 40" tall.  I know I have to cut the design in sections, but what to I set it to in SignBlazer so that when I weed the sections, they butt up against each other and not overlap?

I have a laserpoint if that makes a difference....

Thanks in advance!

Typically you want them to overlap atleast 1/4"... the settings should be in the cutter software(i.e. SBE or Flexi)

In the cutter window, select setup. It is called Tile Overlap.

If you don't overlap a little any shrinkage or misalignment will show a gap.  Much more noticeable than the overlap.
