Using single color on 4' x 4' size - 16 copies here is my take on a price.  Based on 100% coverage $85.00 each - based on 50% coverage $42.50 each.

Production time estimated to be 16 hours 40 minutes for 100% and 8 hours 20 minutes for 50% coverage.

If its one color I would $42.50ea and 2 color $51.50ea That would be cut on a 48"roll so not sure if you have that size cutter or not. Price would be a little higher if I only had a 24" cutter.

Remember I am sure you will be able to get alot more business from them also so maybe work up a contract to do their other signs, shirts decals etc if you give them at this price.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I priced at $40 per sign and she thought it was a little high....she does own a real estate agency that we currently do signs for so I didn't wan't to be over-charging her as she does a lot of business with us. I just wanted to check and see what you guys thought. Thanks, I'm telling her that's the cost.
