in your default job properties, what do you have your PACKET SIZE AT?    I run mine at 1000KB.  and do not have any problems with detailed large graphics.  I can run anything detailed and large,  Most of my graphics are  10-12ft x 20"   never a problem.  And I just use flexistarter.   Whatever you have in the Packet size,  just erase and enter 1000 KB,  see if that helps any.   How long have you been using your Flexi?

ah, yeah, my logos are only 6 inches tall for car windows...not nearly as big as what you cut. My packet size is set at 8kb. Been using flexi for a few months. Speed is the lowest it can go at 4in/s

wow, think I found the issue. Bumped the packet size up to 1000kb and bam, everything is crisper. If this fixes it, you have my many thanks. I just hope this fixed it for good...running some tests now

yep, did three in a row no significant issues, very crisp. Ran out of vinyl so will have to start again tomorrow, hopefully it works for the entire order. Thanks again

Wow Speedy good job here. Way to stick with it guys.  Thumbsup Thumbsup

If the problem comes back i would say the first thing to test is whether you have the issue with the pen attachment as well. To me this sounded like a blade holder that was dropped and damaged.
