My friend gave me the US Cutter Refine MH 721 for Christmas last year and I still haven't figured out to run the thing. I am looking for an inexpensive program to run it, but am not sure where to start. I don't want to have to pay an annual fee or anything, but actually own the program and just pay a one time fee. TIA. I really want to get started with this soon.

My husband was trying to help me with the free program last night, but he said that is was not communicating with our cutter. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks.

sounds like you could have it in set on the wrong port?  Can you take a screen shot of your setting in the cutter window of sign blazer like this?

If you are using USB cable, on the Output Device you'll want to use the port that you want to use is "Blazer COM#: USB Serial Port", where # is a number between 2 and 8.  The important part is that is has to say "USB Serial Port" in the name of the port.

I changed the output to Blazer.COM 4: USB Serial Port and when I push Cut a box comes up saying it is sending the output to the cutter but the cutter is not doing anything. Any ideas?? Thanks.
