In the Sign Blazer Program I have it set up to Com 4, but how do I check to see if it is on Com 4 on my computer?

this thread shows you how to do it.  It has the pictures  You have to go to your device manager and find out what com port you have it on,  You have to match the com ports. If you have the USB on your computer plugged into Com 1 on your computer, then you have to have it set  at Com 1 in Signblazer

Thank you, it's working!!....but the vinyl is being pulled up and ruined by the cutter as it cuts. If it's not one thing it's another, right? Any ideas for this issue. I appreciate all your help so much Wink

sounds like your blade is too deep, or too much force.  it only needs to be  approx 1/2 of a credit card thickness of blade being out of the holder. ,  and   change the speed and force on your machine so that there is not so much force,  not a problem,  glad you got it going,

run some test cuts and do some fine tuning.
