I am brand new to this business and would probably start out small.  Maximum size I would be printing is 15x15.  What kind of cutter should I get?  Do all cutters cut out complete details for example if I wanted to print a snowflake would it just cut the contour of it or would it cut it out completely detailed with all in inside holes.  Hate to sound stupid on this but I am just learning.

All cutters will cut all the vectors that are specified in your file. It's kind of hard to recommend what cutter you should get, it depends on your budge and the amount of use you expect out of it. A lot of us started out with the Refine cutters, which is a value cutter. But if you have the funds and plan on using it a lot or depend on it to make a living, it may be a better option to look at the prof cutters like Graphtec or Roland.

Or do like I did and get a pcut then when that is paid for get a refine 1351 - when that one is paid for go to the copam - now at graphtec . . . buy and sell as you go up!
