Have a mh 721 laptop died so trie installing on desktop using xp and SB through usb when I send to cutter it just goes through cut on the screen. Done a test cut on cutter and it is working fine.

Open signblazer.
Click the cutter button.
Click the setup button.
Please tell me the contents of the top 2 boxes.

yup, had that quite a few times till i figured it out.

check the box as described above. make sure its set to have the cutter a the correct port you have it at.

for some reason mine seems to pick random times to switch that out on me. guessing it might have something to do with opening sb before i plug the cutter in?? but i havent narrowed down the exact reason yet.

exactly - plug the cutter in them open signblazer and it should be correct each time
