Look at the main forum and there are only 19 request for support for Roland and there are thousands for each of the US Cutter Brands. I think that says it all.

I run two here a CAMM-1 PNC-1000 and a Camm-1 PNC1100, the PNC-1000 has been cutting for about 20 years with nothing done too it other than turn it on and change the blades.

Roland is top notch both in their design and their support. If anyone has a problem with a Roland generally it is user error and all they need to do is consult the resources made available through the Roland site.
