can i sell a monster energy drink decal online or is the logo copy right protected? i dont want to get sued. also is there a web sight or something out there that will show you if a certain logo is copy right or not thanks.

what about betty boop decal, how can i find out if something is trade mark ? like simple tribal designs and what not.

"Betty Boop" character and trademark is currently owned by Fleischer Studios, with the merchandising rights licensed to King Features Syndicate. (they own Popeye,too)

Anything that you recognize (cartoon characters, company logos, tv/movie official logos, etc) is guaranteed copyrighted.  If you want to search, you can try uspto.gov.

Generic tribal artwork is probably not.
