So my work gave me a USCutter MH Vinyl Cutter that they bought off this site and they have had for a year or so. And I am having much trouble connecting it to my MacBook Pro. I have tried downloading a driver off http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm and that just made me more confused. I tried using the instructions but once I get to my terminal it all goes south. I would really love some help and support!

You haven't said how you are hooking it up, that driver looks to be for a usb to serial conversion cable?

I suggest you give US Cutter a call or submit a support ticket..let them do a remote session and set it up for you.
