Hello!I just got a plotter AS Series Cutting Plotter with artcut software, I got an imagen from Harley Davison that I want to print but I can't

Can somebody explain to me what's going on?....

Andrea - never heard of the as series before but do you have the image in an eps format?  the plotters won't cut a normal image file.. what software are you using?
