My Roland cj-70 blade holder will not go up or down in regular or manual mode... it goes through all the actions of cutting but will not go up or down
can anybody help me?

Hey, you'll want to run a test on this directly from the machine.  You should be able to run a test from the cutter itself.  When doing this, does the cutter actually cut?  Also, does it print as well?
