Need help Graphtec CE2000-120 Not working

Hi

I am new to this forum…  I have Graphtec CE2000-120 having problems with it. When I power on it goes through normal boot then goes to Roll-1 or Roll-2 selection. When I try to push selection on KEY Pad machine does not respond. When pushing PUASE button the LED turns on. When pulling the Load lever LCD display correctly "Load Midia" when sending data from computer looks like the plotter receives data but nothing happens. So to me it appears that the KEY-PAD not working, so I checked the functionality of the Key-pad to make sure no key is stuck and the key pad is functioning I have gone as far checking all components to see if they are working up to main board, so now I suspect main board to be a problem? does anyone have any ideas or had same issues? Or does anyone have a CE2000 plotter and want to sell me just the main board?

did you just purchase the machine?  Had it awhile?  Just do a set up on it?  More info is needed,,  How connected?  what cutting software?  XP or Vista.    Has it been cutting good with no problems?

"Had it awhile?" Yes I had this machine for long time.
 "Just do a set up on it?" Can't do setup bacause key-pad is not working.
 "How connected?  what cutting software?  XP or Vista" problem is not with the connection to computer so that dose not matter but I am using winXP and SignCut software connected parallel port.
Has it been cutting good with no problems? Yes it has
