Hello,

I have an iMac running OSX 10.5.8.  I am running Adobe Illustrator CS3 for designs.  I am using SignCutX2 to cut on a Copam 4050.  I have a design that is 52" x 5".  I was going to put 4 out on a 24" roll with the 52" running the length of the roll.  My software wants to TILE it as if I am trying to run it the width of the machine!  Is the maximum length equal to the maximum width of the machine???  I was hoping I can cut any size on the length of the roll?!  How do I turn off the tile and make it run long on the length of the roll?

Any help here would be appreciated greatly!!  Thank You!

First you want to be sure you have your default tile size set properly then if it is be sure your file orientation matches the machine using the rotate tools. If you would like to provide a screen shot of the file loaded in Signcut where we can see your settings and perhaps the file itself and we would be happy to assist you further.
