Hello all,
I have a 24" Vinyl Express Lynx using LXi 7.0 (expert) software. About two weeks ago mine started acting weird. When I hit "cut", the blade will "float" around above the vinyl in the pattern of the image, like it's cutting for about 10 seconds, then, it moves to another part of the artwork and drops the blade and starts cutting. So I'm left with some parts that aren't cut. Sometimes I can go back with my Xacto knife but most of the time not.
I reloaded the software, plugged and re-plugged everything but...no dice.
I hope someone can help me out there.
P.S. I bought it from guy, who bought it from a guy so it's definitely not under warranty. I've had it about 2 years and it's worked fine until now.
