I apologize for buying from a competetor.  I'll not do that again!!!  My Vinyl Express Q60 started rolling all the media
off (as if it were on sheet setting).   Can't get it to stop.  What have I done wrong.  You guys are lifesavers.  Thanx for any
help.  Phillip

Q60 is basically a Graphtec CE5000, correct?

Does it do this problem on both page1, and page2 settings?

Have you tried defaulting the settings?

yes, I have tried defaulting and restarting...No cigar!  To the best of my knowledge I have checked the settings.
I'm not a computer guru.  I believe I may have caused the problem accidentally.  Any detailed help would be appreciated  Smiley
Again, Thanx.  Phillip

Is it on a stand?

Is the media feeding from the stand?

check the rear optical sensor (small oval shaped window in the cutter deck behind the carriage) to make sure the material is covering it, and that there isn't something in the hole keeping the sensor from picking up the backing.

Also, make sure the backing on this material isn't black.  A Copam customer had this problem, she had some material that had a black backing.  It couldn't measure it.

tech support today.  Seems the problem was in the plotter.  Had to reinstall and correct

some settings.  Working great now.  Appreciate all the help.  Maybe I can be a help soon Cheesy  Phillip

Great to hear you got the issued corrected.

When you say you went through tech support... who's tech support? USC or SW?
